Machiavelli is a great Italian card game with very simple rules played with 2 decks of cards.
You can play offline with up to 6 bots, or online with friends and bots. Just share a game code with your friends and start playing!
The layout of the game is very simple and intuitive. Your hand is on the left, the table is on the right, and a drop down on top shows the number of cards in your opponents hands.
The rules of the game are also very simple.
To Win: Be the first player to play all your cards to the table.
Your turn: Play any number of cards from your hand to the table, and rearrange the cards on the table in any way you wish! At the end of your turn the table must have valid runs and groups. If you cannot play a card from your hand to the table then you must end your turn by taking a card from the deck and it is the next players turn.
Valid Run: A sequence of 3 or more cards with the same suit but different values, example 2H, 3H, 4H, and also KH, AH, 2H!
Valid Group: A set of 3 or 4 cards with with the same values but different suits, example 9H, 9C, 9D.
Jokers: A joker can be used in place of any card and is not declared.
Thats it!
Hint: The game moves along faster with more players, so go ahead and play with a lot of bots. It may at first take some practice to beat the bots, but you can do it!
Enjoy!
